OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics seek to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all our clients, therefore, the following rules are strictly enforced at all times:

-It is understood by all parties that your OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics enrollment is a privilege and not a right.

-Your enrollment may be revoked at any time by management for any action that, in the opinion of management, brings discredit or unwelcome public attention to OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics whether or not that action is covered by these rules.

-OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics locations are smoke-free facilities. There is no smoking of any kind on or within 1000 ft. of the facility.

-Cell phones are permitted only to take pictures of the artwork. Please respect others’ privacy and do not take pictures that include the faces of our clientele. There is NO talking on cell phones or recording video of any kind inside OrganiCann, MendoCann or Oakland Organics. 

-No person under the age of 18 years old is allowed on the premises of OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics locations at any time, for any reason. 

-You agree not to operate a motor vehicle or any other mechanical device while under the influence of cannabis.

-Please park in our parking lot and not in the surrounding neighborhood. If you park outside the facility, you will not be served. You may not be dropped off unless using public transportation.

-Loitering is not allowed at OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics at any time. All non-clients must remain inside of the vehicle.

-Dogs are not allowed outside of your vehicle under any circumstances unless proper service animal paperwork is provided.

-Do not open or consume cannabis purchases within 1000 feet of OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics or in any other place prohibited by law. Management recommends that you wait until you get home until you open your purchase.

-Do not to sell or attempt to sell any cannabis acquired from OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics.

-Please be aware that it is your responsibility to adhere the restrictions on amounts of cannabis in your possession (1 Ounce of Dried Cannabis and 8 Grams of Concentrated Cannabis).

-DO NOT bring any weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon onto the premises. Pocketknives, tools etc.

-It is your responsibility to make sure any and all passengers in the vehicle you arrived in are aware of OrganiCann, MendoCann and Oakland Organics rules.

Please note: OrganiCann’s, MendoCann’s and Oakland Organics’  rules are updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law and to reflect changes to our policies.
