What forms of ID do you accept?
A valid and current ID (driver's license, passport, etc).
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
Are you closed on holidays?
We are closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas day.
What are the benefits of a state-issued card?
If you have a state-issued card, then you will not pay state sales tax on your order.
How do I apply to work at your company?

Can I buy cannabis products online?
Unfortunately, at this time, no. You have to pay for your products in person at one of our 3 retail locations. You can, however, reserve your items in advance online.
How do I reserve my online order?
1. Select your preferred pick-up location (choose one - OrganiCann, MendoCann, or Oakland Organics).
2. Add the desired products to your cart.
3. Choose either in-store pick-up or curbside.
4. Click 'Save'
5. Click 'Place Order'
6. Sit back and relax.
7. We'll notify you via text when your order is being curated and once again when it's ready for pick-up.
8. When picking up, inform the budtender that you have an online order.
9. Collect and pay for your order.
10. Take it home and enjoy!

How do I pay for my order?
All online order payments are made upon pick-up. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards.
Where do I go for in-store pick-up?
Upon front desk check-in, our Client Service Advisor will direct you to an online ordering station.
How does curbside pick-up work?
Upon arrival, look for the assigned online orders parking spaces. Please have your government-issued I.D. and payment method available. A budtender will greet you and check you in. They will then retrieve your order and complete the payment process. Once complete, the budtender will then return to your card with your order, receipt, and I.D.
OrganiCann has designated parking spaces in front of the building.
MendoCann has designated parking spaces on the side of the building.
Oakland Organics has designated parking spaces on the side of the building.

Are there any fees for using Curbside or In-Store Pick-up?
Nope! Both are free.
How do I know my personal information is secure?
We recognize that privacy is very important to our Clientele. We pledge to protect the security and privacy of personal information provided. This includes Client names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit/debit cards, and email addresses. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside companies or marketing firms.

How long is my online order available for pick-up?
Due to the limited supply and high demand we can only reserve your order for same-day pick-up. All orders not picked up will be restocked at the end of the business day.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes! Another person may pick up your online order. They MUST:
1. Have a valid I.D.
2. Be at least 21 years of age or have a Medical Recommendation
3. The card owner is present for payment by credit or debit card.

What happens if I forget to pick up my online order?
Due to the limited supply and high demand we can only reserve your order for same-day pick-up. So be sure to visit your preferred location to collect your order as soon as you've been notified that your order is ready. If you place an order after-hours it will be prepared the following business day and must be collected before the store closes.

Example: You reserve your order online on Saturday night at 11:00 pm. Your order will be prepared the following day (Sunday) and must be picked up before the store is scheduled to close.
What happens if something is out of stock at my preferred location?
If there is something that you don't see in stock at your preferred pick-up location please let us know by emailing us at

Note, products ordered from more than one location will not be transferred between locations for pick up.
May I add something to my order when I arrive?
Yes! Budtenders can help you retrieve any items that you'd like to add to your order.
May I cancel an online order?
This feature is currently unavailable. Online orders are restocked at the end of the business day. If you are unable to pick up your order, feel free to make another online order at your convenience.
Can I change my online order?
This feature is currently unavailable. You may create another online order to add any items missed. The Budtender, upon request, will add the new order to the existing order and adjust any items in the cart when you arrive to pick up your order.
Can I change the order location pending the order?
This feature is currently unavailable. Online orders are created based on the retail location.
How do I verify I received everything I ordered?
Your Budtender verifies your order to ensure all products ordered are included. You will receive an itemized receipt stapled to your bag. If you have any questions about your online order once you unpacked your purchase, please contact the retail store location where you picked up your order.
What is your return policy?
Cannabis products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Any accessory items purchased that are defective or malfunction may be returned with a receipt of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Where can I find my purchase history?
When you create an online order, there is an option to create a login account. This account features a drop-down menu that provides your online purchase history.
Can I buy merch online?
Of course! Add all of your favorite non-thc related items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Note, merchandise is limited-edition so be sure to order sooner than later.
What is High Society?
High Society is an exclusive quarterly membership program reserved for true cannabis connoisseurs. Members receive a beautiful Hot Box filled to the brim with premium products handpicked by our knowledgeable curators. Because we only works with local small farms, you’ll have access to unique strains of flowers not available anywhere else!

Also, High Society members receive:

How often are the boxes available?
The quarterly Hot Box is available for pickup at all of our locations on the following dates: Jan 20, April 20, & July 20 during normal business hours. Plus, as a VIP you get early access to our highly coveted Best of the Harvest Box every November.
When I join High Society, how long is my in-store discount active?
Your discount is active every quarter that your subscription is active. If you are subscribed and receive a box on July 20 then your discount will be active until Oct 20.
Can I order the Natural Hot Box without a subscription?
Yes, you can order a Hot Box once or for someone else as a gift. However, single purchases of the Hot Boxes will not include all of the perks and privileges (15% off, VIP invitations, etc) that our High Society members receive. Visit us in-store to learn how!
How do I earn loyalty points?
By pre-ordering products online or shopping at one of our three convenient locations. Note, points are applied post-purchase.
How many points can I earn?
Two points are earned per every dollar spent.
Where can I find my loyalty points balance?
Your loyalty reward point balance can be found at the bottom of your sales receipt. Alternatively, you can ask your friendly budtender to look up your points balance before you complete your purchase.
What are the rewards?
At checkout let your budtender know that you'd like to use your loyalty points. You can receive any of the following items below based on your total number of acquired points:

200 pts = Chula Joint
400 pts = Super Loud Drops / Gummies
600 pts = $25 off
800 pts = Premium 1/8th
1,000 pts = Limited Top Shelf 1/8th
2,000 pts = Small High Art Metal Print

Note, depending on inventory some substitutions may apply
Who can earn rewards?
Anyone who is of legal age that shops at any of the Natural Cannabis Company locations.
Do the points expire?
Can I use my rewards more than once in a single transaction?
At this time no. You can only claim one reward per transaction.
Can you ship me cannabis products?
Unfortunately, at this time, no. Due to the current regulations, you have to pay for your products in person at one of our 3 locations in California..
Will you ship merchandise out of state?
Of course! Add all of your favorite non-thc related items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Note, merchandise is limited edition so be sure to order sooner than later!
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
