Stoned Stout Cake

∙ 1 cup Guinness (or any similar dark stout beer of your choice)
∙ ½ cup Natural Cannabis Company CO2 CannaButter
∙ 2 cups granulated sugar
∙ ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
∙ 2 eggs, beaten
∙ 2/3 cup sour cream
∙ 3 tsp vanilla extract
∙ 2 cups all-purpose flour
∙ 1 ½ tsp baking soda
∙ White cream cheese frosting of your choice for topping

∙ Grease a 9” round cake pan, and line with parchment paper.
∙ Melt the CannaButter into the beer in a small saucepan and
then remove from heat.
∙ Whisk sugar and cocoa powder into the beer mixture.
∙ In a small bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, sour cream and
∙ Whisk sour cream mixture into beer mixture.
∙ In another bowl, mix baking soda and flour, and whisk into
beer and butter mixture until smooth.
∙ Pour your batter into the prepared pan.
∙ Bake for 45-50 minutes until you can insert a toothpick in
the center and it comes out clean.
∙ When the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the
pan, and top with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
∙ Enjoy this seasonal cake with grateful friends to celebrate
the holiday right!
