Power Honey Fruit Salad
Ingredients
• 2 lbs. watermelon (bite size pieces)
• 6 oz. raspberries
• 6 oz. blueberries
• ¼ cup Natural Cannabis Company Power Honey
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• Zest of ½ a meyer lemon
• Sweet mint (to garnish if desired)
Directions
• In a large bowl, mix the watermelon and berries together.
• Combine NCC Power Honey and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat.
• Remove from heat,and pour over fruit, tossing to coat evenly.
• Toss with lemon zest and garnish with sweet mint.
