Sure enough, approximately an hour later I began to feel the effects. I experienced it as a floaty, dreamy, heady high as opposed to body-heavy relaxation. For that reason, I think it would be ideal for active, energizing events or for when you still need to be social and function, but don’t make any important decisions!
